R. Brian Daniel, Esq.
"This Firm is committed to providing you with the highest quality legal representation. Our pledge to you is that we will approach every matter with a focus on determination while maintaining both integrity and efficiency."
After acquiring a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, College of Business in 1994, Brian relocated to Colorado and earned his J.D. from The University of Denver, College of Law. Once in private practice, Brian spent several years working in a small transactional firm providing bankruptcy, adoption, estate planning and contract services. Thereafter he shifted his practice to that of a defense attorney representing insurance companies and large corporations defending personal injury and workers' compensation lawsuits. It is as a direct result of his experience on the defense side of many litigation cases that Brian brings a very well-rounded perspective to each litigation case.
After working as defense counsel for many years, Brian made the decision to provide legal assistance and counsel to the injured individual. He began assisting clients through The Daniel Law Firm in late 2006, and currently continues to help individuals and small businesses deal with a variety of legal issues.
Brian is admitted to practice in the States of Colorado, Texas and Wyoming. His practice currently emphasizes Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation, as well as Wills, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Personal Bankruptcies (Chapters 7 & 13), Contracts, Business Entity Formations and Dissolutions (Corporations, LLCs, PCs, S-corps), Business Planning, Estate Planning/Administration, Probate, Adoption Assistance and Entertainment Law.
Locally, The Daniel Law Firm is a member of the Better Business Bureau (with an A+ rating) and Brian is an active member of the Douglas/Elbert County Bar Association.
In addition to practicing law, Brian is a husband and father of two wonderful girls. He is also an avid triathlete and cyclist and applies the same degree of tenacity and commitment necessary for personal success in those endeavors to the representation of his clients.
