DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
12900 SUNMARKE Professional Building
located @ 12900 Stroh Ranch Way
If you are coming from E-470, take the Parker Road exit (these same directions will apply if you are coming from the north and headed south on Parker Road). Once at the intersection of E-470 and Parker Road, head south.� You will travel approximately 6 miles. You will pass through lighted intersections at Crown Crest Blvd, Pine Lane, Lincoln, Plaza, Main Street, Hilltop/Twenty Mile Road, Hess and J. Morgan Blvd.
0.1 miles after you pass J. Morgan Blvd., get into the right
turn lane and take your FIRST RIGHT (this is before Stroh Ranch Road, you'll see a Lazy Boy store where you turn).
Take the FIRST LEFT onto Stroh Ranch Court.
Take the FIRST RIGHT onto Stroh Ranch Place.
You will see the office building off to the left - Stroh Ranch Place
will veer slightly left and become Stroh Ranch Way - take the FIRST LEFT into the parking lot.
There is a small sign as you enter the parking lot that says 12900 SUNMARKE Professional Building.
Suite 125 is on the first floor, to the RIGHT once you enter the front doors to the building.
If you are coming from I-25 , take the Lincoln exit (exit 193) and head east toward Parker.
When you come to Parker Road (approximately 5 miles from I-25), take a right and head South. On Parker Road, you will travel approximately 4.5 miles. You will pass through lighted intersections at Plaza,
Main Street, Hilltop/Twenty Mile Road, Hess and J. Morgan Blvd.
0.1 miles after you pass J. Morgan Blvd., get into the right turn lane and take your
FIRST RIGHT (this is before Stroh Ranch Road, you'll see a Lazy Boy store where you turn).

Take the FIRST RIGHT onto Stroh Ranch Place.
You will see the office building off to the left - Stroh Ranch Place will veer slightly left and become
Stroh Ranch Way - take the FIRST LEFT into the parking lot.

If you are traveling North on Parker Road from the Franktown/Castle Rock area,
proceed north until you get to the intersection of Parker Road and Stroh Ranch Road.
Turn LEFT onto E. Stroh Ranch Road.
Just past the stores, turn RIGHT onto Stroh Rand Drive.
This will curve slightly to the right and dead end into a T-intersection with Stroh Ranch Court.
Turn LEFT onto Stroh Ranch Court.
Take the FIRST LEFT onto Stroh Ranch Place.
You will see the office building off to the left - Stroh Ranch Place will veer
slightly left and become Stroh Ranch Way -
take the FIRST LEFT into the parking lot.

From I-25 take the Briargate Pkwy exit (exit 151). This exit only goes to the east.
At the first intersection, take a right (Voyager Pkwy) and travel south approximately 0.2 miles.
Take a left at Research Pkwy and then take your first left onto Telstar Drive.
Take your first left into the parking lot. The office is on the 3rd Floor (Suite 300).
